Samir Safa is a Senior Associate at BLK Partners, based in Beirut.
Samir has more than 23 years of experience advising corporations, financial institutions, shareholders, real estate developers, and high-net-worth individuals on complex disputes, litigation, corporate, banking, real estate, and commercial matters.
Samir’s practice covers a broad range of civil, commercial, banking, real estate and construction-related, employment, maritime, insurance, intellectual property, and corporate matters. He represents clients before Lebanese courts, governmental authorities, and regulatory bodies, and advises on litigation strategy, dispute resolution, risk management, and settlement strategies. He manages complex proceedings from initial assessment through judgment and enforcement and prepares legal opinions and related legal documentation.
Throughout his career, Samir has handled high-value matters involving shareholder conflicts, banking and financial services, ownership and real estate claims, commercial representation, inheritance, and professional fee disputes. He also advises local and international clients on corporate structuring, market entry, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance.
Samir holds an LL.M. (DEA) in Private Law and an LL.B. in Private Law from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and is admitted to practice before the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
