Alya is a Junior Associate at BLK Partners based in Riyadh.
Alya specializes in corporate and commercial law, with experience across company formation, liquidation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within the Saudi legal framework. She advises corporate and institutional clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, including conducting legal research, preparing legal memoranda, and drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documentation. She also assists in the preparation of legal pleadings and case files relating to ongoing disputes and litigation matters.
In addition, Alya advises on regulatory and licensing matters, regularly liaising with key governmental and regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA). She also supports clients on intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent registrations in Saudi Arabia.
