Haytham brings over 27 years of extensive experience in general litigation across the GCC and the Middle East, with a focused practice in the UAE spanning over 13 years. His expertise includes civil, criminal, banking, real estate, transportation, and commercial law, both in contentious disputes and advisory roles.
Renowned for his adeptness in drafting and reviewing complex commercial documentation, Haytham has offered counsel to various national authorities. His specialization includes enforcing arbitral awards and foreign judgments within the UAE courts, complemented by active participation in amending and drafting UAE laws and regulations.
His litigation portfolio encompasses handling cases involving fatalities and injuries at construction sites, providing legal support for construction projects, and representing main contractors in multi-million claims. Notably, he's navigated nullifications of arbitration awards, resolved multimillion-dollar commercial litigations including taxation and VAT litigations, and advised on labor, property, real estate, and environmental laws in complex construction disputes.
