Mohamed has more than nine years of experience in litigation acquired across the legal landscapes of the UAE and Egypt. He adeptly advises clients on compensation claims and represents diverse real-estate investors in rental disputes. He actively engages in personal affairs cases, particularly the settlement of employee payment obligations, showcasing his versatility in various legal intricacies.
Mohamed's involvement in significant bankruptcy cases and handling real-estate disputes concerning inheritance, contract breaches, and duty breaches highlights his comprehensive expertise. He excels in resolving disputes between local and foreign investors, securing awards for local property developers.
