Abdulrahman Bin Abbab, Associate

Abdulrahman Bin Abbab is an Associate at BLK Partners based in Riyadh.

Abdulrahman has experience in both corporate and litigation, encompassing an extensive range of legal domains, including commercial law, labor law, enforcement law, company law, endowments, criminal law, and tax law. His expertise extends to providing guidance to numerous companies and business leaders on various regulatory intricacies surrounding their commercial activities in Saudi Arabia. He drafts and reviews numerous contracts across diverse commercial matters and prepares statements of defense, statements of claim, and all necessary legal documentation on behalf of our clients.

Furthermore, Abdulrahman has successfully represented more than 15 Saudi companies and individual foundations, overseeing cases spanning diverse matters such as debt recovery, transportation, compensation, real estate, and mortgage claims. He is also well-versed in arbitration proceedings, particularly in cases involving contract terminations and compensation disputes. He is adept at navigating tax and customs regulations and has effectively represented clients before the General Secretariat Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees.

Additionally, Abdulrahman’s commitment to professional growth is evident through his active participation in workshops, lectures, and opinion polls conducted by the Saudi Bar Association.

Abdulrahman has an LL.M. from the University of Reading (Reading, United Kingdom) and an LL.B. from King Khalid University (Abha, Saudi Arabia). He is a licensed legal practitioner, authorized by the Ministry of Justice to practice law and documentation works in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also a certified Franchise Broker recognized by the Franchise Center (Monshaat) in Riyadh. He is admitted to the Saudi Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic and English.
