Nuha Al Hudaithy is a Junior Associate at BLK Partners based in Riyadh.
Nuha has experience in litigation and corporate matters, demonstrating her expertise in commercial law, labor law, enforcement law, companies' law, endowments, and criminal law.
Nuha's advisory skills extend to providing guidance on regulatory matters to both governmental and private entities, assisting them in navigating the complex legal landscape in Saudi Arabia. In addition to her professional endeavors, Nuha was involved in volunteering, particularly in the organizing of the Drafting of Commercial Contracts and Settlement of Disputes Program in Riyadh Chamber.
Nuha has an LL.B. from the Faculty of Islamic Law Department at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). She has also acquired a Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Professional (GRCP) certification, showcasing her commitment to maintaining the highest standards in legal practice.
