Nader is a Senior Legal Consultant at BLK Partners Based in Riyadh.
He possesses over twenty years of experience in corporate affairs throughout the Middle East and Saudi Arabia. Nader has managed numerous transactions involving prominent groups that encompass corporate finance, compliance, infrastructure, cloud matters, high-tech, commercial projects, data privacy, and taxation.
His vast experience also involves providing advice on corporate and non-corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures in various industries and structures across different jurisdictions.
Furthermore, Nader is knowledgeable in project delivery structures that encompass various forms of PPP, risk allocation, and assessment.
Nader has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP) (Paris, France), and an LL.B. from the Université Saint Joseph, (Beirut, Lebanon). He is admitted to both, the Saudi and the Beirut Bar Associations, and is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
