Adel El Zein is a Senior Legal Consultant at BLK Partners based in Riyadh.
Adel, with over 25 years of professional experience, has dedicated more than 15 years of his career to practicing law in Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans various areas including Companies Law, Banking & Capital Market Law, Insurance Law, Commercial Agencies Law, and Private International Law.
As a Litigator and certified Arbitrator, Adel possesses extensive knowledge in resolving regional disputes. He excels in negotiating agreements and is adept at both drafting and vetting legal documents. His broad experience encompasses Commercial and Sharia Law, Banking Law, Trade and Business Law, Arbitration, and the Law of Contract.
