Nadim Bachir Gemayel is a Partner at BLK Partners based in Beirut.

Nadim has more than 15 years of experience in Lebanon and Qatar. He advises on high-profile M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters. Nadim also brings a truly comprehensive perspective to the areas of public law. His expertise covers a wide range of sectors including IT & digitization, telecom, banking, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

In 2009, Nadim was elected as a Parliament Member in Lebanon representing the circumscription of Beirut 1, Achrafieh District. He was successfully re-elected twice (three consecutive terms) in 2018 and 2022. Nadim was also elected as chairman of the Lebanese Parliament’s Information and Technology Committee (2018-2020) and currently serves as a member of the Justice and Administration Parliamentary Committee.
