She brings a wealth of experience in government projects, particularly in the realm of public-private partnerships. She has established a notable track record in regulatory and policy projects by consistently contributing to the development and drafting of laws, regulations, and policies within the Kingdom.
Sahar's expertise covers a wide range of sectors including city development projects that aim for sustainable and holistic urban growth. She has also been involved in social infrastructure initiatives, working towards the improvement of community facilities and services. Additionally, her expertise extends to the preservation of heritage and antiquities, addressing the importance of cultural conservation.
